Fee Structure

Our headhunting fee is based on the candidate’s first-year gross annual compensation (base salary + fixed allowances).

  • Standard Fee: 20% – 25% of annual gross salary

  • Confidential / C-Level Search: 20–25% (case-by-case basis)

  • Contract-Based Placement: Flat monthly fee or 20% – 25% of total contract value (quoted separately)

Terms of Payment

  • Stage 1: 20% upfront retainer (non-refundable, deducted from total fee)

  • Stage 2: 80% balance invoiced upon candidate’s acceptance of offer

  • Due Date: Net 14 days from invoice date

  • Currency: All fees in IDR (Indonesian Rupiah), excluding applicable taxes

For contract hiring, payment terms follow monthly billing or project duration.

Guarantee Policy

  • Full-Time Hires: 90-day replacement guarantee
  • Contract-Based Hires: No replacement, but optional pro-rated refund if candidate withdraws before completion (terms apply)

One-time replacement covers same role and same salary band only.
