3. User Eligibility
Candidates must be HR professionals seeking HR roles. Companies must be authorized to hire for HR positions within Indonesia.
4. Account Registration
Users must provide accurate information when registering. Maintaining confidentiality of login details is your responsibility.
5. Job Posting and Applications
Companies post HR jobs which candidates may apply to. All job descriptions must comply with applicable laws and not contain discriminatory or false information.
6. Headhunting Service
Headhunting services are provided under separate agreements and fees. By submitting your CV/resume or other professional information to SlimHire through any of our services, including but not limited to the Job Portal, you acknowledge and agree that your profile may be retained in our internal talent database. This allows SlimHire to consider you for future employment opportunities, including confidential or unlisted roles under our Executive Search and Headhunting services.
SlimHire will only present your profile to prospective employers or clients when such opportunities align with your professional experience, preferences, and qualifications. Your data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, and we will not share your personal information without your explicit or contextual consent.
7. User Content
Users are responsible for the accuracy and legality of their submitted content (CVs, job posts, messages). SlimHire.com reserves the right to remove inappropriate content.
8. Privacy and Data Protection
User data is handled according to our Privacy Policy. Personal information is shared only with consent and for recruitment purposes.
9. Fees and Payments
Job postings and headhunting services incur fees as specified. Payments must be completed before service activation. No refunds after service commencement unless stated otherwise.

SlimHire.com is not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from use of the platform, including unsuccessful hiring or job applications.
11. Termination
SlimHire.com may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these terms or misuse of the service.
